Our technical principles

  • Test before design. Representative sampling, mineralogy and metallurgical testwork establish what can be recovered and at what quality.

  • Site-specific flowsheets. Equipment is selected around liberation, contaminants, particle size, water balance, energy use and target product specifications.

  • Proven equipment. FeCycle prioritises commercially deployed processing technologies and experienced delivery partners.

  • Modular deployment. Standardised modules shorten fabrication and installation while allowing staged capacity and future relocation where appropriate.

  • Performance validation. Pilot work, factory trials, commissioning tests and product qualification reduce scale-up and market risk.

  • Operate for reliability. Plant design, spares, maintenance, automation, training and HSE systems are developed for continuous industrial operations.

Processing toolkit

Depending on the feedstock and target product, a FeCycle flowsheet may combine:

  • Crushing, screening and size classification.

  • Scrubbing, washing and desliming.

  • Gravity separation and spirals.

  • Low- and high-intensity magnetic separation.

  • Dense-media separation and front-end ore sorting.

  • Grinding where liberation requires it.

  • Thickening, dewatering, filtration and process-water recovery.

  • Tailings re-mining, materials handling, dry stacking or other site-appropriate waste solutions.

  • Agglomeration or product enhancement where technically and commercially justified.

The final flowsheet is determined by evidence. FeCycle does not promise a particular grade, recovery, yield or process route before appropriate testwork.
